Returns & Exchanges
Returns are easy! Please put the gear you’d like to return back in the mail with our prepaid shipping label. As usual, your account will be reimbursed upon receipt of original items. This does not include final sale items.
- No need to pick up the phone!
- Affix the pre-paid shipping label to the return package.
- Drop the return package off at the specified mailing facility or drop-off box.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Stio’s Customer Experience Team would be happy to get you the right fit or color! Exchanges involve two separate transactions. Simply follow these steps.
- Locate the order number at the top of your packing slip.
- Follow our returns process listed above and head over to stio.com to purchase your exchange.
- WAIT! Did you have a discount on your original order or was this a gift? Please contact our Customer Experience Team before placing your exchange order and we will match your original order.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your exchange has been processed.

Please contact the store from which you purchased to initiate your return.
We sincerely hope that your Stio product will accompany you throughout your daily life, but if it’s not the right fit for you we will most certainly accept returns of clean, unworn, unwashed and unaltered items for a refund. Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. Final sale items are not eligible for return. All returned orders will have free returns through the holiday season* This does not include final sale items.
*The start date of holiday returns/exchanges is November 1st. As long as you place your order on or after this date, you will be eligible to return/exchange it until January 15th or within 30 days from the ship date, whichever comes later.
